Heart Rhythm Coherence is measured through heart rate variability (HRV) – a unique window into the quality of communication between the heart and brain, which directly impacts how we feel and perform.
With practice, you can more easily achieve a meditative, heart coherent state. You will also receive feedback when you lose focus, giving you the opportunity to shift back into a more heart coherent state.
