Mental Health during Covid-10 Lockdown
A research was recently conducted by Mind (Mental Health Care, London) to understand the impact the coronavirus pandemic and the lockdown has been having on people’s mental health. This is done to help Mind better understand how they can support those needing help during this uncertain time.
More than 16,000 people shared their experiences here and the findings clearly showed that prioritising mental health has never been more critical than it is now. It is important to connect with family and friends as this will help you cope better; alternatively please drop me a line as I am more than happy to assist.
